Symposium registration is US$995.00 per
person or
US$950.00
per person when two or more individuals from the same company or
institution
attend. Please
Note: The registration fee includes
all meals and break refreshments for both
days. The
student rate is US$895.00 per person, or $US$850.00 if two or more
individuals from the same university attend. Proof of current student
status
must be submitted with payment. Registration
fees include breakfast, lunch and break refreshments for the 28th and
29th, as well as the symposium dinner on the evening of the 29th. Registration
payment must be received
by 5 March 2010. Please Note: An
additional US$195.00 per person
will be charged for reservations made after 5 March 2010.
Registration closes on 16 April 2010.
Cancellations with a full refund
may be made not less than 30 days prior to the workshop (i.e., 28 March 2010), otherwise a
non-refundable fee of US$195.00 will be charged. Workshop
attendance
will be restricted to 30 persons, so please reserve a space early.
